In September, CvE invited senior marketers to an open discussion on the challenges the pandemic has brought to the industry and the steps marketers are taking to overcome these. When Covid-19 hit, strategies immediately became redundant and marketers were forced to start from scratch. What stood out from the conversation was marketers’ ability to adopt new behaviours and fiercely prioritise, while also maintaining focus on the essentials. All CMOs agreed that being agile, flexible and having the right team are key to success in these unprecedented times.
