Jay is president of Goodway Holdings and CvE. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Jay is a nationally recognized and accomplished digital media expert, speaker and author who is regularly tapped to share his insights with industry and national publishers alike, such as eMarketer, Digiday, Adweek, AdExchanger, Fast Company, NPR Inc., and Huffington Post. In recent years, he saw a gap in the market for advertisers specifically seeking hyperfocused, financially-minded, global marketing expertise. So, in 2018, Jay established CvE to partner with these marketers who seek truth, answers and performance from their advertising in the form of measurable profit for their businesses. The result is a nimbler, more forward-thinking agency that shifts how marketers view their relationships with advertising partners. Jay is also president of Goodway Group, a subsidiary of Goodway Holdings and a trusted digital media partner to U.S. advertisers for over 90 years.

Brody is executive vice president (EVP), global business development of CvE. In this role, he leads a global team who work with ambitious CEOs and CMOs to build customer-centric and data-driven campaigns that grow business performance. At Goodway Group for the past three years, Brody served as a key component of the executive team, transforming the sales organization and guiding its explosive growth. Brody still maintains a stakeholder role as EVP of Goodway Group, supporting their most sophisticated clients in establishing honestly smart digital media organizations. With Microsoft for more than a decade prior to that, he led the charge in guiding Fortune 500 CMOs to re-imagine their data strategy and embrace emerging technologies. Prior successes also include three years leading U.S. Xbox advertising sales, and five years launching and growing Microsoft Advertising’s inside sales organization into a thriving $120M+ channel. Brody holds a bachelor’s from Seattle University and lives and breathes for digital advertising and the Seattle Seahawks.

Ned is vice president (VP), global business strategy of CvE. After nearly 15 years leading both traditional and digital media teams, he is in a unique position to personally understand the challenges and needs of CMOs planning and executing high-impact advertising. Most recently, he worked at Quantcast and then Accordant Media, where he leveraged emerging machine learning and data-management techniques to get more out of digital investments for a wide range of brands from startups through the Fortune 500 level. Ned holds a bachelor’s from Ohio Wesleyan University and enjoys skiing, hiking and tennis, when he isn’t chasing after his growing toddler.

ADAM HERMANVice President
Adam is vice president (VP), global business strategy of CvE. An entrepreneurial-minded sales leader on the rise, Adam cut his teeth in-house with Sony and Trulia before co-founding his own digital marketing agency, Blupint Interactive, in 2008. More recently, his sales leadership roles at a variety of programmatic marketing agencies culminated with the delivery of over $90M in revenue. Adam holds a bachelor’s from Trinity University and an MBA from the University of San Francisco. Raised in the warmth of the west coast, he moved to Denver 10 years ago to cool off and enjoy the mountain scenery. Now, his weekends are filled with teaching his daughter to ski, improving his golf game, and building on his culinary skills.
DOUG MARTIN

Doug is vice president (VP), global business strategy of CvE. He brings three decades of success in brand development as well as an unparalleled passion for ad tech to the company. Having worked with 100+ brands in his career, Doug built a strong reputation for strategic marketing and digital media know-how through leadership positions with great branding agencies, such as Wieden+Kennedy, Leagas~Delaney, The Richards Group and Moroch. He holds a bachelor’s from the University of Oklahoma and has served on several boards, including the Dallas Chapter of the 4A’s, employAbility, Family Compass, and the Board of Visitors for the Gaylord College at the University of Oklahoma. Doug currently lives in Richardson, Texas, with his wife and two kids. In his spare time, he’s typically either cheering on his kids’ soccer teams or managing Home Team, a charity he created in 2002 to refurbish homes for underserved families.

JUSTIN ORKINVice President
Justin is vice president (VP), global business strategy of CvE and leading the launch of our Singapore office in 2019. He comes to us after more than a decade with ad tech giants, like AOL, Yahoo, Oath and most recently Verizon Media, where he spent the past four years developing their programmatic sales team into a $300M+ business unit. During his time with Verizon, Justin also focused on helping CMOs of high-profile brands drive programmatic growth in the APAC region. He holds a bachelor’s in business from Bryant University. Having lived in Hong Kong as a teenager, Justin is excited to return to Asia and in his spare time, test out new waters with his boat captain’s license.

Amanda is vice president (VP), enterprise partnerships of Goodway Holdings and CvE. Driven by her entrepreneurial spirit and intellect for solution development, Amanda identifies and develops strategic relationships to ensure CvE’s clients receive best-in-class, results-yielding ad tech strategies. Highly in tune with the ad tech industry and market trends, she leverages her progressive foresight to inform CvE’s strategic road map and arm the organization with the external context needed to continually cultivate innovative thinking. With deep roots in interactive sales, account strategy and campaign management, Amanda has comprehensive and extensive understanding of the fundamental components required to produce successful digital media campaigns. She thrives in the fast-paced, always-evolving ad tech industry and is passionate about helping others, empowering and equipping people with the needed tools and skills to take their careers to the next level. Amanda is also vice president of Goodway Group, a subsidiary of Goodway Holdings and a trusted digital media partner to U.S. advertisers for over 90 years.
