Doug brings three decades of experience and success in new business development, as well as an unparalleled passion and adtech expertise to the company. Having worked with over 100 brands in his career (including Nike, Miller, Spalding, Patron, Russell, Salomon, and The Home Depot), Doug has a strong reputation for truly caring about his clients’ successes, making him an ideal fit for our team. One of his secrets to success has been establishing account teams that are strategically aligned across all parts of the business – from campaign operations to product development to account management. This has enabled him to deliver both positive business results and positive customer experiences time and again.
Before joining CvE, Doug gained extensive strategic marketing and digital media experience through leadership positions held with a number of agencies, including Wieden+Kennedy, Leagas~Delaney, The Richards Group and Moroch. He also serves on several boards, including the Dallas Chapter of the 4As, employAbility, Family Compass, and the Board of Visitors for the Gaylord College at the University of Oklahoma.
