Ned is an accomplished sales leader with a deep background in traditional and programmatic media. Most recently, as vice president of sales and new business development at Accordant Media, he leaned into emerging machine-learning and data-management techniques to drive significant improvements in the digital investments for a wide range of startups through Fortune 500 brands. Earlier, while heading up corporate sales at Quantcast, he coached and developed a team of account executives and strategists driven to not only understand CMOs’ challenges and needs when planning and executing high-impact advertising but also to uncover unique solutions for long-term improvements that impact the bottom line.
Although Ned has exceptional business-development skills, he also brings extensive experience in media execution and client services through past roles at traditional and digital media agencies. On the media side, he supervised and directed digital planning at Horizon Media Inc. for the History Channel and A&E and was also a media planner at Argent Trading Inc. In a few positions on the account side, Ned got hands-on experience running campaigns himself and learned just what went into making a campaign successful. This inside look into how campaigns came together gave him a new understanding of the issues and obstacles brands face daily as well as exceptional insight into how to strategize and problem-solve hand-in-hand with his clients.
In his new role at CvE, Ned will lead a dedicated global business strategy unit, promoting our services and offerings that include full-service digital media, programmatic in-housing, consulting, and audit and analytics implementation and focusing on delivering successful measurable outcomes to global marketers.
