At the outset of the pandemic, Paul launched the #TimeForAReset podcast, interviewing marketing leaders on how they are adapting. As founding MAD//Fest host, he engages vendors, marketers and agencies through insightful conversations, placing ad tech & data at the centre. He’s a self-labeled feminist, leading from the front to create more physical and psychological safety for woman in AdTech and beyond, through the #yesallmen campaign. Recently, he was shortlisted in 40OverForty.
The Evening Standard newspaper in London included Paul in their ‘Progress 1000 Brand Builders 2016’ while The Drum voted him the ‘5th Most Influential Person in UK Digital’. Paul was also honoured to accept Twitter’s ‘Lifetime Achievement Award’. An active advisor and investor in the start-up community, Paul is also an influencer on LinkedIn and Twitter. He is an advocate for diversity and inclusion, Paul is an advisor for Women in Marketing and was named one of Management Today’s ’30 Male Agents of Change.’ When not working or speaking at industry events, Paul focusses on family life and his five children. He is an honors graduate of The University of Southampton.
The bulk of my career has been at startups within HoldCos – launching digital media, search, seo, social and emerging media labs for IPG and Euro. In 2009, I started in digital media consultancy in Minneapolis that is now FRWD@Bain. I left my solo consulting gig, Leveret Marketing to work with all of you as we create a U.S. consulting practice within Goodway’s ControlVExposed or “CvE”.

Nick King, co-founder of Canton Marketing, joins our leadership team after Goodway Group – CvE’s parent company – acquired Canton Marketing in July 2022. Nick helps companies excel in the ever-changing marketing landscape. There has never been a greater need for brands to move at speed as we move into the Privacy first era. Whether looking at their technology stack, internal processes or team structure Nick’s team is able to support clients with a group of practitioners who have done their 10,000 hours in platform. Nick has worked with a wide variety of brands including the BBC, Flutter Group (including Paddy Power, Betfair, and PokerStars) and World Remit supporting them across marketing transformation, media engineering, and media buying. Nick has over 20 years of experience within the media and marketing industry where he previously has held a variety of leadership roles within both publishers and ad-tech companies including Yahoo, News UK, and Future.
Fiona Davis is the new Global VP of Growth for CVE, a digital marketing transformation firm. In her role, she works with some of the world’s largest brands and media owners to build global data-driven marketing and media strategies that drive growth and innovation for her clients. Working across both the buy and sell sides of media gives Fiona a broad perspective on the use of data across the entire marketing ecosystem and how all the players in the industry are evolving to meet cross-channel marketing needs. Prior to joining CVE, Fiona held various roles for a large US broadcaster and global digital media publisher, and a global martech platform, having spent 15+ years in the industry working across Europe, US and APAC.
Rob is a marketing technologist who had been at the forefront of the industry for over 20 years. From humble beginnings at startups acquired by Yahoo and AOL to leading agency data and Technology teams, notably at MediaCom. Rob was co founder of Canton in 2018 acquired by CvE in 2022 and is working to solve the toughest challenges in the market such as reliable Attribution and Identity.
Lindy is a trusted and respected leader with over twenty years of experience managing operations, projects, and teams within the digital advertising and MarTech space. She is a leader, coach, builder, fixer, challenger, and innovator that has worked in various roles across different functions to build and improve operational teams, processes, and tools. Lindy values spending time working for a company where she can be herself, do work that she is passionate about and aligns with her strengths, to be challenged, and to work alongside good humans and a company that truly cares about their employees and clients. When she is not working, Lindy enjoys spending time with her three kiddos and husband.
Athar specialises in programmatic media and has been in digital marketing for over 10 years, having gained CIM certification. He is passionate about helping brands to navigate media transformation, bringing with him a holistic view of the media landscape through experience in TV, radio and press. Having worked with brands like Unilever, General Mills, RBS and GovCCS amongst many others, Athar has developed a deep understanding of marketing challenges that reside both inside and outside of the marketing functions. As a former media auditor, he has a keen interest in harnessing data for media effectiveness and a belief that taking a forensic approach to test and learn is critical to maximising media investment.
As Global Director, Solutions Consulting at Control V Exposed, Ashton works closely with global brands to uncover the transformation solutions that enable them to streamline their operations in the pursuit to better connect their customers. Bringing over 15 years of marketing experience with global brands, he has helped CvE’s client partners in-house media operations, uncover new revenue streams, and streamline their operating models. In his down time, you can find him working on his old fixer-upper that needs constant attention.
Alyssa Bonasera brings over a decade of experience within client success, project management and organizational excellence. She has a vast background with expertise in process efficiency and operational strategies, and experience in sales enablement, media planning/buying, operational workflow, and team growth strategies. Prior to joining CvE, Alyssa held various roles leading teams for a global programmatic media company, a global video ad-tech startup, a media agency and various digital publishers.
Outside of work, Alyssa enjoys taking a yoga or mediation class or being active outdoors- either hiking or snowboarding in the winter!
Shane is a certified and proven Agile consultant, advising companies ranging from startups to Fortune 500 brands. He focuses on building cross-functional Agile Delivery Teams to optimise performance for blended locations, and time-shifted client teams. From mentoring to facilitation, Shane has rich experience championing, networking, being a student of Agile, and uses leverages this expertise to be a highly regarded contributor in the Agile community. With broad operational experience in working environments including Marketing and Software Development teams undergoing business transformation.
Most recently, Shane has been advising a global QSR organisation on their Agile Marketing roll-out, ensuring the appropriate roles are staffed, team members are trained and company guidelines are established to ensure widespread adoption and success across the company.
Dennis Still is our Senior Consultant on Analytical Solutions and Insights. Before CvE, he founded and ran his own analytics consulting business called Bigfoot Analytics. His many years as an analyst, data scientist, marketer, academic, and researcher at large corporations like Thomson Reuters, and SaaS businesses such as GovDelivery, OptiMine, and When I Work, have given him the tools and skills necessary to quickly guide stakeholders through the process of data collection and meaningful analyses. Dennis has helped hundreds of businesses crucial budget dollars and has ultimately helped them identify actionable information that adds to their overall bottom line.
Jonathan Brown previously worked at Cognizant Netcentric as a Marketing Technology consultant, where he focused on personalization projects at scale for companies such as Volvo Group and British American Tobacco. He also led strategies for smaller local companies in Switzerland and Germany on Digital Dashboard creation via Google Analytics.
Jonathan worked at The Telegraph Newspaper as a Senior Martech Manager, managing the relationships between internal teams using Adobe Martech products across the whole newspaper, managed developers, supported senior management at QBR meetings and was responsible for driving innovation to secure online subscriptions via paywalls. As Digital Martech Consultant at Vodafone Group, Jonathan was responsible for enabling local markets across EMEA & APAC to get the most from their Martech stack covering: Personalisation, Analytics, DMP/CDP, DCO and DAM. Alongside Martech, he supported local strategic conversations to ensure strategy and capabilities were aligned.
Outside of work, Jonathan is the founder of Ideas to Action; a platform that empowers young people to make informed career choices via webinars and face to face engagement bringing them closer to practicing business professionals. He is also a London Enterprise Advisor for the Mayor of London, working with colleges across London conducting lectures on personalization, Digital careers and inspirational keynotes. He is an Arsenal fan, a lover of tennis, football, running, cycling, gym, and the great outdoors.
David leads CVE’s regionwide team that builds data-driven content marketing and media solutions to create better customer experiences and generate sales leads. His in-market experience spans Greater China, Japan, Korea, Southeast, India and Australia New Zealand.
He has founded several marketing and media companies in Asia Pacific, including Current Asia, and Upstream Asia, which was acquired by Bite Communications (now called Archetype).
Previously, he was SVP, Marketing and Communications for Calvin Klein Asia, and held senior positions with Burson-Marsteller and Hill and Knowlton in Asia, Europe and the US. He founded the Digital + Direct Marketing Association Asia [D+D] and served as chairman until 2017. David is the author of the book BIG M, little m Marketing: New Strategies for a New Asia.
Jamie has over 7 years of experience working agency side, having started out as a media executive back in 2013. During this time Jamie has predominantly worked on performance-based clients across a range of industries. As Account Director at Control v Exposed Jamie’s primary focus is managing client relationships with brands and agencies across both media and consulting, as well as supporting new business development.
Yael has worked in performance marketing space since the early days of the internet with a clear focus on the Search domain.
With more than 20 years of experience, she has seen Google Ad Platform, on its various names as well as Bing (Microsoft Ads) evolve as she has, with it.
During those years, Yael has worked with world’s biggest brands including McAfee, Cylance, ITG, Diamon Factory, BetVictor, Party Gaming, Babylon, The Under Floor Heating Store, NFL and many others, which are still within our managed clients till this day.

Jos helps organisations drive transformational change within marketing/advertising data & technology. Jos has over 20 years’ experience in digital marketing. He was Chief Product Officer at Flashtalking, and led AdTech and MarTech rollouts for multiple advertisers across Omnicom Media Group and Publicis Media. Jos has helped dozens of AdTech companies, agencies and marketers in the understanding of identity to support measurement, targeting and optimisation of media.
Since graduating, Iqura has been solely working in the technology and media industries. She has extensive experience with a variety of leading brands from various industries, including M&S, MBNA, NSPCC, and O2 (to name a few). Iqura began her career in programmatic and then transitioned to social, which she has been specialising in for the last four years.
I consider myself a holistic marketer with special superpowers when it comes to content and communication marketing, with other 20 years of experience. I have been on both sides of the equation: The Brand and The Client side. I worked for one of the most iconic brands in the world: Coca-Cola Company for nearly 10 years, and I’ve also been in the agency ecosystem working for Havas Digital. Before that, I was at Santander Bank building digital banking products. I have an integrated view of the different elements that are part of Marketing. I love learning and the CvE journey has allowed me to expand my marketing knowledge to new frontiers I never would’ve imagined.
At CvE I lead marketing strategy and marketing execution team: from PR to content marketing, demand generation, social media, event planning, thought leadership, and strategic partnerships. I collaborate with CvE’s team of marketing transformation consultants to deliver purposeful collateral for new business and lead nurturing.
Ramin has over 10 years of experience managing people relations and exposures to a comprehensive list of PX practices, in a multitude of industries including construction, academia and consulting. Ramin comes to us from EMEA, where he managed a regional team of HR specialists while delivering in-depth HR consulting to global organisations ranging from start-ups to well-known companies extending their global presence. His PX expertise extends to The British Isles, Nordics, Netherlands, The GCC, as just to name a few. As far as scaling, transformation and improving efficiency in organisation, Ramin has not only seen, but has been a contributor to exponential growth in some of the organisation he has supported.
Now, Ramin brings this wealth of knowledge to CvE to build the PX partnership at a global level and continues to apply his view of ‘Integrity comes first at the Workplace’.
Niall has been working agency side for 5 years primarily focused on paid search, YouTube, UAC & display campaigns. Working with many different brands from large global household names to Mom & Pop SME’s. At CvE, Niall’s role is to set out effective paid search strategies as well as activation, optimisation, reporting and everything in between for an effective paid search strategy.
Toni has over a decade of experience working across fully integrated marketing campaigns in the advertising industry in client engagement and project management roles. Having recently joined the CVE team as a Client Solutions Manager Toni’s focus will be to build strategic partnerships across clients and partner agencies, drive collaboration across internal teams and manage the full lifecycle of an account from scoping through to project delivery to ensure excellence and meet our client’s business objectives. Additionally, Toni will be using her experience to help establish operational efficiencies for the CVE US team.
Kelsey is a digital enthusiast with 7 years’ experience in the industry. Her digital journey started with a role in digital data analysis which quickly exposed her to the world of programmatic advertising and DMP’s. After 4 years on the publisher (sell) side, she made the move to a full-stack digital marketing agency where she grew into a more strategic role creating comprehensive digital media strategies for brands across a range of industries (B2B and Consumer focused). In the last 2 years her love for programmatic advertising and education around the topic has really evolved. Kelsey’s key focus within ControlvExposed is on programmatic campaign planning and execution.
Julie Kosbab has created marketing strategy and lead generation programs for some of the world’s largest brands and for small businesses across the country. Her specialty and passion is for SEO. She got her start in e-commerce marketing in the early aughts and has since worked in-house, with agencies and as a freelancer. She has launched websites in more than 30 countries, worked with numerous Fortune 50 companies, created brand marketing plans for angel-backed startups, and traded local SEO know-how for cake.
Julie’s overall industry experience includes CPG, high tech, legal, real estate, retail/e-commerce, health care, finance and pharmaceuticals. She holds a master’s degree in communications from the University of St. Thomas, and undergraduate degrees in English literature and economics from the University of Iowa.
For more than 25 years, I’ve been lucky enough to have worked with numerous brands creating a wide range of experiences. In that time, I’ve built and led large creative and delivery teams, including the roles of branding, UX, content creation, production, development and analytics.
Over the years I have developed a love for building brands, finding new ways to work, and innovating to create work for my clients’ consumers. It’s an exciting time to be a creative! The needs and requirements for great work are changing at a rapid pace, encompassing equal parts art and science.
